This is all very cryptic, or maybe I'm just very thick.
But I still don't know who you mean by "the agent of our dearly departed".

If 'the agent of our dearly departed' is McGhee's then this puts another twist in the plot. On the one hand you have McGhee refusing CKR a transfer and saying that he wants to get him playing for us and then his own agent comes along saying he can get him a move. If that's true then you really couldn't make it up.

so let me get this straight.

CKR's agent is MM's agent.

CKR had to go to hospital to have a baby and DK refused to order him a taxi.

CKR then sacked someone who was not his agent, but who thought he was his agent, when actually it wasnt his agent, because his agent was MM's agent although we didnt know he was his agent.

As far as I can tell (and I love a bit of cloak and dagger) these agents then aren't always actually affiliated to anyone in particular - they just act as brokers, phoning up potentially unhappy players like Hendo and try to match them with a club, any club, then take a cut on the deal. That STINKS.

My mate's mum has just died. She was a dinner lady at the local compo, I NEVER knew she had an agent though.

I'm not sure I understand this post. When did CKR go to hospital? Who is our dearly departed?

Sorry if I'm being a little slow on the uptake...

So, CKR became sick over the close season and had to go to hospital. He was taken to an NHS hospital but wanted to go to a private one(which is fair enough). The club didn't help him. It was his own badgering that got him into a private hospital.

At the time he had no agent. But due to his hospitalisation and lack of help from the club an array of agents started vying for his attention and made claims to represent him. These people became what was alluded to as CKR's advisors and entourage. The strongest and most persistent of these people was the agent of 'our dearly departed'(I'm assuming McGhee).

Is that correct?
