He's remarkable. Smart and philanthropical in equal measure. Comes to the office every day, and built the company in a very different way to how other big American tech businesses tend[ed] to operate. There's an aura about him, but he still queues up for lunch at the restaurant with everyone else without acting like the Big I Am.
