Who can't sleep

Boy I can't switch off at coz of the heat, who is in the same boat, boy its hot tonight.

I have a big fan next to my bed with a timer switch, I set it so it turns off an hour after I go to bed and set it to turn on just before I get up.

I couldn't manage without it when it's hot.

Pick up one from Argos tomorrow, it's worth it. Mmm.

Walked from Portslade to Brighton Marina, did a workout and swim sauna, steam and jaccuzzi and then walked back to Portslade, getting back at 11pm. The moon was a blood red colour over the Pier whilst a fireworks display was in progress. It's more yellowy now but "full". Now I'm back catching up with newspapers, teletext etc and just logged on. And no, I can't sleep either.

But I did have to remake my breakfast because the first carton of milk I took out was completely curdled, even though it was in the fridge the entire time. Sodding weather.

I got no chance tonight, it's way too hot, i got all the windows open and i'm still baking!
