Personally I think he's a pretty good manager and was very unlucky to lose his job with England the way he did.

But at Tottenham he just seems to have had real problems with the dressing room, and motivating his players. I fear this will hampen Bobby when I want him to be an amazing success.

However, Hoddle's record at Swindon and Southampton was excellent, while he did pretty well at Chelsea and England.

Come on Glenn, bring the best out of Bobby.
