It'll be a company like McAlpine as theres only a handful of contractors with stadium experience in the UK. I'm a headhunter within the construction industry for a living so I'll be keeping my ear very close to the ground

I'd be happy to do some drawings, make a few minor mods here and there so I get plenty of leg room, and a standing terrace, for leaping about a bit. large bar area nearby and plenty of pissoirs !

If you where a really good project manager you could get all the local builders in. . . .could have it all done in weeks !

I'll build it!If Dick Knight is willing to pay cash, I'll forget the VAT,save the club a fortune.Of course ,I'll need a few grand upfront for materials,and we don't want Building Control sticking their noses in,they'll only slow the job down.I reckon given good weather ,me and the boys could have it built in 3 months,4 at the most.
