Wo, stop right there. Trading standards means your £1,400 FF should be lasting more than a year or two (you get cover for 6 years). Google about trading standards and get advice on how to make a claim. The retailer should be fixing it for you.

Quite,i could not wait 3 days so took a large screwdriver and hammer to the ice,taking extreme care not to puncture the aluminium fins as they carry the coolant around the system,and a hair dryer (not particularly advisable) to the small fan,unblocked the holes with a coat hanger..
