I hate i-tunes because it's unwieldy and tries to force you to consume all your music through apple.

Not directed at me, but I'm interested to know what you're getting at there....I pay for all my music downloads but I never use iTunes (although I do have to use it for my sons iPod Shuffle).

What do you use instead Scampi. I use Winamp which I am pretty happy with....especially the wireless sync to my android and the fact it doesn't slow my computer down.
