Which popular TV and Film characters are secret Psychopaths?

To do the test correctly you need to apply scores to each criteria from 0 - 2
0 = does not apply at all
1 = partial match
2 = strong match
The maximum score is 40
If you reach a score of 25 you are deemed to be a psychopath (in the United Kingdom)
Interestingly however in the USA the threshold is higher and you require a score of 30.
This means that in the US they are more accepting of psychopathic behaviour and tendencies as the norm.
So in essence a British psychopath can go on holiday to the US and he ceases to be a psychopath for the duration of his holiday. This works in the opposite way when non psychopathic Americans who are near, but below their threshold come to the UK, whereupon on entering the UK they immediately become psychopaths. So for us Brits there is at least a cure for our Psychopathy, we just hop on a plane to the States and we're instantly cured as soon as we arrive.

To make this thread more football related David James the ex England goalkeeper has speculated whether or not he is a Psychopath and admits to being near the threshold. Dick Dastardly fits nearly all the criteria in both Wacky Races and Stop The Pigeon he was a total nutcase.
