oops chose th eo wrong option. Wors eis regret not doing something as at leas tif you regret sometihng you've done, at least you can look back and say well I did it.

Depends I guess, but then you not going to regret something you don't or didn't want to do. Unless you're on your death bed and really wish you'd experienced what it's like to bugger an animal or something.

Saying that, I try to only regret things I have done - although it's occasionally lost me friends in the process...

telling someone how you feel about them and them saying "i just wanna be friends" and in the end you loose their friendship....thats when I regret not doing something but its for the best...sometimes...is it? oh bugger I'm going down that road again

If you have done something and regretted it later at least you know it was your choice.

Not doing something isn't always a matter of choice as circumstances can come into it

Regreting something you've done

I think regreting something that you didn't do is worse.

Fifteen years ago I was offered a job in Los Angeles and bottled it at the last minute. The money on offer was double what I was on at the time and the opportunities were huge.

Ho Hum.

I think regretting things you haven,t done is worse missed opportunities etc. If you regret things you have done then it is usually too late by then.
