Then how do you change gear?


Incidentally, I use my left ear only when there is no background noise. If it's a quiet room, I cannot use my right ear as it makes my tinnitus and clicking go really loud and drives me insane.

I always use my right lug when speaking on the ol' blower. I've tried to use my left ear & hand thus freeing-up my right hand to do some scribblage), but my brain just can't cope with it! I think I might be a bit more of a mentalist than I thought.

Left if I'm working because I use my right hand to write. Both left and right if I'm just talking to a mate or relatives, generally changing after 5 mins or so on each ear.
