Nine of us for dinner, over two covid secure socially distanced sittings so I'll be doing a multi bird roast.

This year it's the usual domestic fowl, pig and cow. This will be served with vegetation and roasted earth apples. A choice mix of crushed armoracia and vaccinium coated with a thickened and seasoned juice, extracted from the cooked farm animals....you know, the usual.
