Well?

Yep, I have buggered it up, no option for Caicedo at neither Albion or Chelsea

FWIW I don’t think Tony will allow both at Chelsea to happen personally even if Chelsea bid 100 million, a deal for Colwill will have to be struck.

As a personal observation I know Poch is a top manager, but he sounds so fecking dull in comparison to RDZ when he talks. I know which one would inspire me the most as a player.

Fofana injury botches our chances of getting Colwill . They will keep him.
Caicedo is Chelsea-bound.

I now think they will both be at Chelsea.

But Tony will have traded Caicedo for eye-watering amounts of cash.

The way Chelsea are going about it, there's a chance that Caicedo (and possibly Colwill) could play for both Albion AND Chelsea this season...

Yeah this.

I agreed with the OP that we would only do the deal if it was a two way agreement.
Fofana's injury changes the landscape considerably.

Colwill has a path to the first team now and would be sensible to take it.
He will never have this level of hype again.

We have already done our business to cover Caicedo.
Would be silly not to cash in. £85m + £10m add ons, is my guess

I just hope it’s all done and dusted sooner rather than later, and we’ve got plenty of time to use the money to bolster our squad!

We don't need the money to bolster our squad.

Still at least £50m left from last season's sales.

No chance of Colwill coming here.

Caicedo deal is 50-50 IMO. Entirely depends on the pretend-big-club finding £90m+ add ons.

I hope they don't and that he goes to a proper big club in a year from now.

The guardian saying Chelsea are keen on bringing back Marc Guehi....

Even so, personally I think Colwill is now more likely to end up at Liverpool if he does go somewhere else. Especially if Liverpool are flush with Saudi millions from their elderly midfielders all of a sudden.

Has this topic not already been covered extensively? Or am I missing something .

If Rice was worth £105m then surely Caicedo is as valuable or is it cos Rice is English?

Perhaps you’d be kind enough to point me to another poll on this, I must have missed it

It's Chelsea's deal to screw up but if they have any brains whatsoever they will have both Levi and Moises on their books next season. They hold all the Colwill cards and he is now in a position of need and they know the price that WILL get them Caceido.

It's hard to say really. Rice has been good for many years. Caciedo good for one season and fairly average at the world cup.

In addition he was fairly average for beerschot (although their team was pretty hopeless)

Both at Chelsea.

Chelsea are trying to sign young talents. They have the best young centre back in England at their team. He's going nowhere.

Caicedo is off. Just a matter of time.

Massive statement to say colwill is best young CB in England. Have not seen the evidence to back that up. Guehi better.

It depends what you count as 'young'. I was thinking 20 and under.

I can't think of any better than LC in that age range at the moment.

Of course you have the likes of Saliba etc but I was thinking REALLY young.
