Should I add the option to change it after tomorrow? (I 100% will do it if we don’t turn up!)

I refuse to go below 5 because there is something wrong with you if it is, you’ll have to make do with “other” or “shit thread”

In our 124 year history we are in our second highest ever position, part of our 4 highest ever finishes, all achieved in the last 4 years. With better to come.

If anyone feels less than a 9 they need to redo their maths GCE/GCSE/school certificate, extract their head from their arse, put their knickers back on and make me a cup of tea.

However, 42 years ago we came the closest (one better kick of the ball) to winning a proper trophy in my lifetime, IMO that is all we are missing now

8, would be 10 but so many variables.

Think Forest and Villa will be okay tomorrow it’s just Chelsea in Warsaw on Wed that’s the concern.

Everyone has presumed from the first kick of the competition they’d piss the Conference, but Betis won’t just roll over 🤷‍♂️

I’ve voted 8 purely because I think there are still too many hurdles to qualifying for Europe

If at the end of tomorrow everything is in place and it just needs Chelsea to win their final then I will be revisiting it

I know. We lost a cup final.
Recently Palace won one.
I may now have to kill myself.
Oh, hang on.....no I won't.
My mojo is about whare I am standing now and what I think is ahead.
The season we lost a cup final we were relegated, and about to begin a downward spiral.
We apparently had the highest salary bill in Div 1
(because we had to pay over the odds to attract players to shitty little Brighton).
No, I'm not going there.
And my mojo is not dependent on one lucky cup win (you listening, Palarse? ??? )

For me the same as always, a 2 track view.

Long term big picture, the club, the owner, board, facilities, future. 9.5. The 0.5 deduction (but our hands were tied) for rubbish Falmer transport.

Season 2024/25 an 8. These nsc polls are always reactive to the last result. FH has improved a load of players. The obvious weak spots LB, RB and Verbuggen.

10 would be winning a major trophy, 9 would be a final and/or champions league qualification. So with the optimism of what could be tomorrow and beyond I have gone 8. On a less optimistic day it could easily be a 7.

FWIW I don't think I have dropped below a 6 this season, and only then after the Forest debacle.

We are doing pretty well.

Always a 10. Europe or Barnet away. Always a 10.

Pretty high mainly as, all things considered, this season has been acceptable. I also have high hopes for next.
