[Sussex] Where is the Omaze Sussex house?

It looks very similar to the stretch to the west of the Bluebird Cafe, but we walk the dog a lot along that bit of the coast and I don't recongnise the house.

However, we do tend to turn back at the end of the grassy bit, where you then have to go down onto the pebbles, so it could be it's just beyond that.

It's in East Preston, virtually opposite where the old South Strand public house used to be.
I walk past it most days whilst walking my dog.
It's a 2 minute walk from a good Indian restaurant and 2 pubs.
Great location.

How lovely, you can sit in your wood-fired hot tub and be stared at by all the dog walkers on the path over the back fence.

It's East Angmering Beach, south of the junction of Westfield Avenue and S Strand. No public path in front of the house.
