Where can I get some tailoring alterations done?

Following on from the How to make a Chillie Con Carne? thread, and with me still smarting from my failure to ask NSC about the f***ing trains this morning and instead trusting national disgrace rail enquiries.....

I need some tailoring alterations made and wondered where in Brighton & Hove NSC would recommend?

Simple job. Not in a hurry. Don't want to pay the earth.

There is one halfway up portland road

Two places I have used and both have been very good.

There's one place called Buddy's halfway down Upper North Street and corner of Marlborough Street.

Other place is run by two Chinese old dears in Baker Street opposite Bardsleys chippy. Don't think they're open on Saturdays though.

Try Helens in Portland Road,Hove. Done several tailoring jobs for me. Very pleased with same.
