Haha love the way Bevendean has been put in the poll, there is only one pub there and that aint all that great.. although it is my local!

There's a pub in Bevendean? Where? I've worked there for 18 months now and I have never seen one. There used to be one called the White Admiral but that was already shut when I started here and now they have built flats on the site. I know of no other pubs in Bevendean.

Portslade fro me as that's where the Stanley Arms is. I will admit that most other pubs in Portslade are shit but the Stanley more then compensates.

The Bevendean Hotel is in Bevendean. It's also up for sale, and has been for ages. Unsurprisingly, no-one appears to be interesed in it.

I think the most densely concentrated area must have to be Hanover. That place is littered with pubs.

Mr Saville, I'm astonished that you've missed off The Grub and my current favorite, The Charles Napier. How could you?!

Hanover is by far the best area. I've lived here almost exacty a year now, and have only visited about half of them so far. I'd like to transfer the Beaufort to Queens Park, though, please.

Like the area around Durrington School in Worthing, Cotswold Rd Mendip, Chiltern etc is now described by the Estate Agents as Lower Salvington.
