When you had to be an M to play in Brighton

It's dumb and it might just be me who found it mildly amusing, but I still smile when I think of the days when a large number of our players surnames began with M. My highest count of surnames begining with M playing in a game for Brighton was 6 in 1995:

McCarthy
Myall
Mundee
Munday (who did sub for Mundee)
Minton
McDougald

Can anyone better that for the M's?

I probably need to go to bed!

Did these six all play at the same time during the Great Escape season of 97 as well?

Morris
Mundee
Minton
McDonald
Maskell
Mayo

Under Gritt I remember Mundee, Mayo, Maskell, McDonald being on the same team sheet. That season the squad also had Martin, Morris, McGarrigle, Minton...so that's 8.
