Ummm the guy who won us League 1 and got us to 10th and then 4th in The Championship !!
I'm not a Gus supporter as such but **** me ??? Credit where credit is due people.

If he decides to go the civil law route and sue the club for compensation based on a claim of breach of contract by the club then he has 6 years from the date of his dismissal.

I'll always remember what Gus did for the club in a football sense. It's just a pity that he opted to manage things so poorly after the Palace game. When we needed him to be strong, pull us all together and look ahead to the future, he let us down and chose to focus more on himself.

If his claim is for unfair dismissal, he has three months from the date of dismissal. Of course, we don't know exactly what steps he is taking, but the objective now can only be to get money - he won't get his job back.

I'd assume he already has, and probably did so the moment his dismissal was made clear to him. The fact that we haven't heard is irrelevant.
