When does Ruth Kelly have to make decision

Last time, Prescott gave a deadline to deliver his verdict, and he kept to it by about five days. Is Ruth Kelly going to be asked to indicate a deadline?

Still after anyone who knows whether there is a legal deadline by which Ruth has to have made a decsion?

Previous posts have stated that Prescott indicated when he would make a decision, and to be fair to him he appeared to have kept it, however, what if he had indicated Jan 2009?

What if Ruth indicated 2009? Would we be within our rights to appeal that date? There must be someone with planning law experience out there that says whatever happens a decison will be made before "xx-yyy"?, and that is the longest LDC could string it out?

They have to give a deadline now for decisions to public enquiries - thats why and how we knew we would find out we got it in October of last year.
