When are the seats going in?

Does anyone know when these seats are going in? i thought they were all meant to be in by the end of march?

Apparantly there are some very heavy punitive measures for the contractors if the stadium isnt finished by the 31/5 so just relax. The insurers of the performance bonds are watching progress DAILY.

Wouldn't worry, apparently Falmer isn't going to be ready until next summer.

I'm sure the Liquidated and Ascertained Damages are high for the project - but they can't be punitive.
