... I have a cold (or 'Man Flu', to give it it's full scientific name), and feel red hot and can't stop sneezing.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I am on training course that involves spending much of each day crawling about in a series of rooms and chambers, heated to 1000+ degrees

And the thought of sneezing repeatedly in my face mask is just too grim to contemplate right now
