If Ghost Dog counts it wins but I wouldn't call it a gangster movie as such. The mob are involved, however I would not say they are the focal point of the film.

Truth is, Rififi et son Frères is SO GOOD it would have made the poll completely pointless and predictable, so I omitted it DELIBERATELY.
I LOVE that bit where that french bloke shoots the other french bloke and all that. I don't even need the subtitles either.
