The missus has asked me nicely to not listen to witch house all day so I put on the delicious Byzantium album by Blaine Reininger of Tuxedomoon (80s music!). Many treats to pick from but I'll stick with track three for today I think. The version below is a remaster from a compilation (better quality on youtube). I still regard the 80s as a decade of great musical invention. So.....ner!

As Sir Roderick Stewart once said "Every picture tells a story", I remember driving under 'The Atomium' in Brussels back in 1964. We were on a family holiday and for some reason it scared the shit out of me! It's bloody massive but as to why it scared me, who knows, I was only 11 so it couldn't have been down to hard drugs or booze, I still had a couple of years to go before all that started :lolol:
