Have to say I'm a massive fan of Netflix accompanying soundtracks. Never lazily chosen, usually have me snatching for Shazam.
This one's from S2 finale of 'Dark'. Not a track I've ever heard from an artist I rarely give time or space to. But it's bloomin' lovely
The original version is by Arcade Fire from the brilliant ‘Neon Bible’, their second album. I think the one used in Dark is the Peter Gabriel cover but I may be wrong

Cheers for info. Shazam picks up that it's the Peter Gabriel version. Which is the only version I assumed there was at that point. Impressed that it's an Arcade Fire cover. Ta

IMO one of the most beautiful songs Roger Hodgson ever wrote, and as live versions go, this is pretty damn good.

These were great live when I saw them and I suspect this was a memorable performance too - it’s a real anthem.

Not posting today. But this was my favourite. Brought back happy memories of Steve Cropper with the Animals a few years back.Steve Cropper had so many classic tunes - and a whole load of stories to go with it

Most years I get a Dylan CD at Christmas - and this year I got Rough & Rowdy Ways.
I had downloaded this track of course.
I remember the world was shocked and traumatised in March (alhough that pr1ck in the White House didn't seem to notice).
And then the Bobster casually threw this masterpiece in our direction
