Murder Case: The Digital Detective

A slightly different take on true police investigations. How with experts they trace and use the wealth of information from phones, not just smart phones. ‘Deleting’ everything, turning the phone off during the actual crime ….. are not decisive actions in favour of the offender.

A good mini series.

Filming has commenced in West London for Channel 4 drama Pierre, starring David Harewood.

Pierre (Harewood) is a West London duty solicitor and a force of nature: charming and funny, juggling the pressures of his job, a fragile personal life and just keeping his head above water financially. His resilience is tested when he begins investigating the suspicious death of a young black client, Michael. As Pierre challenges the police’s portrayal of Michael as a criminal, he unravels a chilling web of institutional corruption… when you come at the system, the system comes at you…

Michele Austin joins the cast playing Charlotte Manners, Pierre’s joint managing partner of their solicitor’s firm, as well as Jason Flemyng playing Pierre’s best friend DS Ronnie Miller.

Also joining the ensemble cast is Dean-Charles Chapman as Danny Headman, Nikkita Chadha as Alecia Khan. Christopher Fairbank as Sean Lambert, Sara Powell as Celeste Jeffreys, Pierre’s wife and Cherrelle Skeete as Brenda Dean.

The drama series will introduce newcomers Dylan Ennis as Eli Jeffreys and Ezrae Maye as Michael.
