Whats going on with this site?

It's just taken me 10 minutes to get on here tonight, and now when I press update I end up outside again?.
Is it me?

Has anybody else got the problem that I mentioned yesterday, where when I press update I end up on the Welcome page , or is it a problem with my laptop?

They were probably running a backup which will slow the server severly.

My main problem with this site is when I have replied, the redirecting thingy can stay there for up to a minute before taking me back.

I have even had to click on just to get back onto the main screen.
