We're probably not the only club with public transport issues, but I'd say we're the only club that has to pay for it, seeing as customers wouldn't or didn't.

So I doubt that £30 levy covers half of the charge.

No it's a morning thing. Usually 10:30 start. It used to be packed and advanced ticket only. Nowadays though.....

The car parking cost is included in the transport figure so don't forget to add the income from this into your sums.

January 2nd was only a Bank Holiday because the 1st was a Sunday. Boxing Day is a traditional FULL Bank Holiday i.e minimal services.

However in recent years B&H Buses have run services on selected routes Usually the 1, 5, 25 ,77? 49 and 46. Basically to suburbs and back. But at a premium flat fare.

The trains as we know, run a service from Brighton - Vic but not stopping at intermediate stations.

Encouraging transport services to run as near to normal on Boxing Day is dangerous. In a few years we could all be working it.
