I have to work from home for the foreseeable so I may finally have a crack at growing a beard.

I did this a few years back. I thought I would look rugged and distinguised, like you imagine a U-boat commander. After three weeks I looked like a tramp.

Try to find inventive ways to avoid my two year old crashing my constant video calls.

I wfh one day a week as it is but she just barrels into the room and screams hi daddy at the top of her voice on every possible occasion.

In lockdown I will be on calls c4-6 hours a day and am dreading it.

If nursery closes then I think I might start digging an escape tunnel at night...
