How the officials could see that and not Shittu's both hands on shoulders climbing technique confuses me though.

He also saw a blatant and deliberate elbow and only thought it worthy of a foul

It looks like such an unnecessary push, as well. There was clear separation between hm and it didn't look like the millwall player would have to in his way.
