What time is travel by train 'ok'?

Ive look on seagulls.co.uk but does not say for 5.30.

Any idea? Would like to travel by train. Get to brighton station about 2ish? Should be ok yeah?

2ish?! Will the ground even be open then? If people needed to get a 2pm train for a 5.30pm kick-off then it would be an admission that the transport plan was fatally flawed. Even 3pm would be early IMHO.

Leaving W Worthing at 2ish and meeting the GF on the train. Will be her first ever football game so want time to take it all in, pop in the club shop beforehand etc!

If you mean in terms of crowds, I tend to think an hour and a half before KO from Brighton or 45 minutes from London Road - if you want to avoid queuing.

I think it's up to 3.5 hours before and up to 4 hours after, as a normal normal 3pm kick-off is between 11:30 & 21:00 and a 19:45 kick-off is 16:15 & midnight. So adjust times for different kick-off times. So today would probably be between 14:00 & 23:15ish.
