I have got some diazepam somewhere, still sober but mates have been on it since midday, I have kept my powder dry and am joining them later, which I may do soon, the tension is doing me in.

i actually feel very and I not sure a load of is gonna help, but you know that in 90 mins when that clock strikes 5pm, I will be heading to the pub and loads and loads..........
