Which is OK if you know which answers go with what profiles, and what type of profile the employer is looking for. If you can work all this out, then you'd deserve the job.

Look at the job role, the position within the team, and the company vibe in general. I wouldn't say it's difficult!

As a Business Psychologist, I think you'd be surprised... I do agree though that most candidates for jobs try to guess psychometrics. It's really interesting seeing the thoughts of everybody on them - but they are never going to be seen as a good thing, especially by the general labour force. After all, they're a method of weeding out candidates!
