Although it's been a long and rocky road I am delighted we are not still there now. It WAS a shithole by the time we left and I imagine planning permission to redevelop would have been massively problematical, Falmer is better on just about every level imo, except maybe escaping from the ground and a sing song walking under the bridge after a win.
