Your BMI is 26.96

If your BMI is between 25 and 29.9 you're over the ideal weight for your height

Exactly 25, but only need to lose half a kilo, to be in the IDEAL range.

One massive SHIT ought to take care of it.

If your BMI is less than 18.4, you're underweight for your height. If your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9, you're an ideal weight for your height. If your BMI is between 25 and 29.9, you're over the ideal weight for your height. If your BMI is between 30 and 39.9, you're obese. If your BMI is over 40, you're very obese.

BMI is totally pointless, some people have what is considered an "ideal" BMI yet they are still a bit porky because they have no muscles. The real measure is whether or not you look like a lardarse

Although I have put a bit of weight on over the last two years being out injured and unable to train properly. I still carry a hell of a lot of muscle which weighs more than fat.

Actually I'm in the good BMI but too much fat and not enough muscle category so I'm quite happy for people to rate my body purely on BMI!

Although I've just joined a gym and with a buggered up knee I'll be spending most time doing weights so that might change
