[Misc] What is the right temperature?

Thunder Bolt

Silly old bat
Lol . Several people in the last year or two have been innocently caught up in the cross fire though . These people just gun people down , if you happen to be in the way they aren’t too bothered . Very dangerous country
All countries have their dangerous places. I hear many get gunned down in the USA too.
In the meantime, a friend's brother runs a church in Mexico City alongside a lady from Brighton working with the street kids. Both families still hale and hearty and no signs of bullets.

This is England! It's our specialist subject. 😂

anyway, it was cold and pissed down all day in July on my birthday, that is unusual. Ruined the best month.

Seriously though, May/June has become the best, we get a lull and then a late bloom, as it where, that seems to be recent decades . . . But in recent years it's got more extreme and more random.

this week is Goodwood revival . . . Usually 'nice' often warm, sometimes rains on Sunday for some reason . . . Looks like a scorcher this weekend, perfect if you're dressed 50's style in wool, tweed etc 😂
June this year was horrendous. Drought throughout, coupled with bone drying winds.

June was apparently the hottest June on record. Consistantly warm but not not any exceptional temperatures. Got away with it in July and August, being quite cool and wet due to the position of the jet stream and low pressure systems while southern Europe baked. Obviously recent days and the hottest day of the year today is very unusual for September. More evidence of climate change. For me, I'm quite happy when summer is over in recent years.

Ditto, have been for years and that goes for three of us in this house.

There's a range.

17 degrees and no breeze ('feels like around 21') ranging to around 24/25 but with breeze exponentially rising in line with the temp increase. Each of the above assuming zero to minimal cloud cover. Any hotter and if I'm not near a swimming pool or the sea to cool off then it's unbearable
