A rather fetching pair of cargo shorts (de rigour in these climes) from J C Penny.

They have a large growling bulldog on the right hand back pocket, very fetching ......

I get my jackets tailored, don't have to buy that 'ltd edition so-and-so nametag' shite just to be fashnerball like.

I bought black briefs that hug my sensuous snake-hips - not the speedo style either, but the cotton boxers so there are no gay lines under my jeans . Before the underwear, it was a light sweater - it doesn't look like crap after one wash or require dry cleaning only, and goes well with a constant suntan that I acquire from sailing and generally living in a place that's got sun all year round.

I bet you wish you were a fine dandy doncha duh?
Keep trying cowboy.

Wow Dwayne that's incredible! I am really impressed. Fantastic! You really do have amazing taste which is rare as rich people usually by naff things just because they're fashionable. Did they open the shop for you specially at night?

(Ignore NMH he's just showing off)

A very pretty top from Lancing market; a sort of lilac/blue colour.

Labels are for people with more money than sense

I object to that, though alot of clothes I buy are are of certain type and generally are labeled, they don't cost a huge amout of money, So Yorkie I object

I have brought up two kids and never had a great deal of money.

They wanted trainers priced at £80 and I bought trainers which cost £15- £20 which last just as long.

I agree that if you want quality you pay for it but I have been into Harvey Nicks and I cannot see how they can justify the prices they charge.

The problem with most label clothing is the extra money you pay doesn't go on increased quality, but straight to the marketing budget. All you're doing is paying to look a like a sheep while keeping some London media tosser in coke.

Last thing I brought was a FCUK skirt. I didn't buy it for the label, just because I liked it. What annoys me with people eho buy labels, is when they do so just to have it splashed across their t.shirt (egFCUK, TOMMY, etc, etc). You would never know my skirt was a FCUK one, it just looks nice and is good quality.

I also refuse to spend £80 on trainers and other lables. I went to America last year and stocked up then!!!!

And buying a jumper form Next doesn't do the same thing?

People! people! *claps hands* can we get this thread back on track please? This thread is so we can pay homage nto the god of taste and sophistication that is Dwayne.

Now lets have no more talk about Designer Labels keeping London media types in coke (which it does of course). And sorry tinx, Next or Gap aren't quite is the same league.
