Bristol City - biggest place never to have a top flight club, no?

We've spent most of existence in the bottom two divisions so anybody saying us needs their head examined

City were in the old first divison 1976-79 i am sure but went almost bankrupt in the 80,s ?

Time will tell on city,but our fan base is bigger obviously
A big club is about crowds and fan bases....Winning trophy's and leagues are an achievement and have nothing to do with being big although with the amount of plastic types around these days and sky etc clubs can grow rapidly.
