Have to say I'm very impressed with Mr Barbers attitude regarding a complaint from a few weeks ago which I'd heard nothing back from so I emailed him yesterday morning. I will not go into details but will say that within a couple of hours of emailing him I received a phone call from the club and Paul Barber emailed me personally late last night despite being in the middle of moving house.

Have to say that my view on him has changed massively
