Currently making a dent in a case of Leffe purchased at the Franglais wine and beer warehouse in Calais last week.

Take a long tall glass and add...
2 parts (50mls) brandy (Cyprus cocktail brandy is not strong)
1 part (25mls) lemon squash - as pure as possible
2 drops angosturabitters
top up with soda add lots of ice cubes stir

Decorate with a slice of fresh lemon and serve immediately, with a straw, a cool breeze and a view of the sea!

Brandy Sour is 'the' drink of Cyprus. It combines local brandy with the fresh tang of Cyprus lemons

I see that you have 5 Kings illustrated here. There is a school of thought which favours using the cheaper Anglias brandy for brandy sours. Anglias by itself is definitely an acquired taste although my grand father in law, a Cypriot mountain villager,
seems to subsist on the stuff drunk neat afternoons and evenings and accompanied by peaches and nuts.
