I will try almost anything, but this beat me. Filipinos have it as a snack, mostly in the evening. They call it Balut, it's a fertilized egg, complete with dead little chick inside. No frickin way was I eating that.
This is nice though; I ate it before they told me what it was. It's called Sisig. Chopped & fried pigs face! When you've had a few San Mig's & they bring this plate out sizzling it's not too bad. Again in Boracay, Philippines.
