All free

SPYBOT - anti spyware, seems to do a better job than adaware
AVG - anti virus, does the job
KERIO FIREWALL

Pus re-install windows and all your software every month (into a different folder, than delete the old one)

I have few problems, if at all.

Agnitum Outpost is the daddy badger.

It is a free one but I was so impressed with the trial of the pro version that I actually purchased the full copy with lifetime upgrades (and I couldn't find a crack/keygen).

Easily configurable and it blocks out pretty much all advertising as well as other internet nasties.

Open source means it is constantly updated and hard to f*** with.

Lovely

Braders, Outpost is free and will do as you wish. It is particularly affective at blocking all forms of advertising.

I like to go BAREBACK surfing, with no firewall or anitvirus. It give you a far greater feel of the whole internet experience.

I have been using Zone Alarm Pro for sometime now and never had a problem with it.
