Background sounds are a nono, intro pages are a nono, scrolling text is just amateurish, animated GIF's are only good for smilies

-All P TV sites have a Splash/Intro page
-Some P TV site having Marquee. Aston Villa have it, and so does BBC News.
-Animated Gifs on my site? Where, also Seagulls.co.uk has them to.

The only good thing I heard was about the music. I will take that in to consideration. Thanks for your advice.
