No, to me it looks lilac and brown. The image doesn't reflect the true colours of the dress as below;

Started as white for me too. Once I'd looked at the real colour of the dress I found I never saw it as white and gold again. It's an amazing photo though, in the last ten years of internet and camera phones we haven't seen anything like it (that I can recall), so it's no surprise this photo has taken the internet by storm.
