Pastrami and horseradish from mu works canteen. Bit too heavy on the horseradish, brought tears to my eyes.

Never got the fuss with Nando's. There isn't enough choice and the chicken is always lukewarm. Also it's always full of people who look like they enjoy Hollyoaks. No offence to your choice of food though.

I'm at home so mine is simply: a large biscuit made by frying in coconut oil: a mix of rolled oats,ginger powder,tumeric powder and
water.
then a side plate of: beetroot,celery,cucumber and mature cheddar.
