I dined en famille at the Sportsman. Twice McGhee wandered past the window to the North Stand where we were sitting at, both times he was staring rather mournfully at the ground as he walked, I guess to and from his interview with Harty on SCR.

I wanted to smash my fist through the glass, and use my bloodied hand to raise his chin and tell him he was the best f***ing manager we've had since Mullery.

But real life isn't like that. But I'm hoping he's the kind of guy who never doubts his abilities because he has not got the reward for his fine work this week.
