I would suggest Husty may have overdosed on skittles this afternoon. It has put him off his tea and all the E numbers have left him a little fractious.

Steak and chips in the CR household tonight. Rump, proper chips, portobello mushrooms and peas.

Got a Lancashire hotpot in the oven gently bubbling away. It's not quite a proper Lancs one as I've replaced the sliced potatoes with sage dumplings. House smells fantastic! Planning on doing a vietnamese fish dish tomorrow, but need to get some fresh lemongrass first.
