WSL have a similar arrangement but being typically older (can't handle the stairs) membership is being sent out by post. Have you not applied for/received that either ballboys?

Assuming its something to do with West Stand upper (guess based on WSL being west stand lower - cant handle the stairs post above)
Still not got the foggiest about any emails. Not that it will concern me as im a North stander!
