forgive the pessimism, but i think were going down. Already browsed through the potential away games for next year. Not looking forward to the prospect of Histon away!

I tend to agree with you, but there is still a hell of a lot of football still to be played, and one or more teams can still go on a run and pull clear, whereas another couple who look relatively comfortable now could easily get sucked into it. Should be a nerve jangling end to the season that is for sure!

I know but on the basis of those we have played around us, they have been better, we are in deepest pooh...the key might be the Hereford game...just got my bed for the night for that one!!

In the next few games when we start winning :ascarf: Yeovil and Northampton will get dragged right into it. I hope.

Cheltenham are down, Hereford are crap. They are two certainties. I think Crewe will stay up - they are on a great run. As for the rest, it's touch and go. I think Yeovil could be in trouble - next Saturday's game is HUGE. If we get Forster and Murray fit again quickly and ensure that McLeod doesn't play again this season, we have a real chance.

We go on a run like Crewe have (it's possible) and were out of it.

To be honest, I wouldn't be too disappointed. Ok, obviously I'll be saddened. But I'll still have my trip to my friends team next season. Besides, I'd like a change of scenary.

All of that said, I don't think we will go down, it looks likely that we will, but I'm not giving up yet. There is plenty of football to play, but I don't want to predict what's going to happen, I'm crap at it for one thing.

Hereford.

2008/09 has been a textbook "How to f*** up a season in 10 Easy Steps".

Every past, present and future indicator that we will get relegated is there. Every box is ticked.
