Totally agree. Redknapp knows how to wheel and deal (which I think will be enough to keep the Stains up) but Pardew is just a clown. He got Reading up because he was up against clubs with less than half his resources and then stabilised them in this division by pinching the best loan players from his mates, along with the best players from other clubs without financial clout, and other players who asked for wages that were too high for most.

Pardew has now spent several seasons showing how not to manage the most talented squad in the division. West Ham were complete mugs getting him in.
