How exactly does the Campbell situation compare to Leon?

Campbell makes a mistake, gets subbed, goes home feeling "guilty".

Leon gets subbed and makes his feelings known to the manager in front of everyone. McGhee then makes his feelings known in the press.

Regardless of who's was right or wrong comparing the treatment of Campbell and Leon is like comparing apples and oranges is it not?

Still, I suppose that the respective pay packets of McGhee and Wenger tell the tale of the better manager?

And I guess the respective pay packets of Campbell and Knight tell the tale of which player has more value to a club.

Wenger said "I knew it would be better for him personally, I felt. He was very, very down and that is the only issue.

A hell of a difference between throwing a tantrum when subbed, telling the manager who should play, falling out with many of his team-mates and having a pound of chips on his shoulder.
